THE PROPOSAL

the proposal responds to nature without overriding it. it is a multi-level structure featuring risers that provide elevated views of the treetops, sunrise, sunset, and stars in the night sky.

the shade trees act as a natural extension of the space. the 2 interior spaces each feature a bathroom and are reservable as community rooms.

SITE CONTEXT RENDERINGS

these renderings were created using rhino render. these renderings were created to highlight the role of experience in the project design. the first two show how the project interacts with its site, including the wash and with the neighboring bike path. the second two show how the project is designed to accommodate views, including the sunset and the flooded wash.
